Great place and outstanding staff. Very clean place and a prompt service the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this clinic to everyone in the Riverview area.
I was seen with minimal wait. The medical assistant was friendly and brought me to an examination room as soon as he completed my vitals. The PA was also friendly and was very gentle and reassuring as she examined my foot. Appreciate that she didn’t make me feel guilty for not having sought treatment sooner. She was open to my feedback and provided scripts based on my stated needs. Walked away feeling confident with her diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Would definitely go back.
You guys were helpful in diagnosing and treating but there’s a lot of waiting around
Getting in was physically challenging, due in part to my injury. Paperwork was typical of any medical practice. Wait was reasonable. Medical staff was excellent!!! Diagnosis seems to have been accurate. Handling of prescriptions was efficient. Discharge notes were helpful. Overall excellent experience, all things considered.
Great staff. Sunday afternoon visit while in town for work. Quick in and out. Very professional. Got follow up call today on x ray read as promised. Thank you TGH. Thanks Linda, Brent and Alicia the PA. Felt better within a few hours. Grateful!
I had a very positive experience even though I went there feeling quite ill. But Dr. Matthew Higgins Quickly assured me it was nothing serious wrong and was very informative on the steps I should take to clear up my problem.. That was Saturday and today I am at work so medication worked staff was very accommodating there on my list Of number one care Providers
I was very pleased. Allison Ohlin is an amazing PA. She was thorough, she identified my issue pretty quick. Prescribed the medication I needed. I was very impressed. After 2 days, I am feeling better.
I was very pleased about my visit. The wait was a little lengthy but it usually is for this type of visit.
