Incredibly caring staff who took their time to ensure that I was on my way to feeling better. Attentive, professional and knowledgeable team. I arrived around 6:30pm on a Friday and the front desk was fantastic. Although I felt awful, they still found ways to connect and personalize the experience. Jessica was amazing! The urgent care my insurance covered was not doing Covid testing on weekends so I went to TGH of Carrollwood. They were great! They tested me on the weekend and when my covered provider wouldn’t do my chest x Ray because I had Covid testing pending they did my chest x Ray immediately. They were very thorough and efficient and were there when I needed them! I highly recommend TGH Urgent care!

The registration process took a few attempts to complete. Choosing a provider speeds the process. The information I provided was not available to registrars. I had to repeat it. The provider was excellent. I will use this service again. Well done!
