I was there with my daughter who was sick, and the dark-haired assistant who works in that office treated us badly, he was not kind at all, it bothered him that my daughter was crying. They should actually fire him from the company for treating people so badly.
Service was efficient and respectful. I am grateful that TGH Fast Track Urgent Care is available.
Nurse Deborah was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough about how caring patient professional and over the top were her demeanor and Poise during my time there. Other staff were also great but Deborah is the best of all. Thank you for the opportunity to share about her
The receptionist and nurse was very nice and get 5 stars but my overall experience was not so good. I emotionally walked out feeling worsted than I came in and my anxiety immediately kicked in. The doctor was not as friendly as I’m use to and her answers to questions was very blunt. When asked questions about COVID-19, I was told that I would be given literature but no literature was given. I’ve always been treated in the past where although there is literature, the provided still answer my questions during the visit.
I needed to have a Covid test completed prior to surgery and was scheduled for this location. I now realize the staff member who completed my test did it incorrectly, she only swabbed one nostril, which resulted in a false positive! I also never received a call from the staff to tell me the results. I paid out of pocket to go to another provider and get the test done, this time a swab in both nostrils and that came back negative!
