Organized well with fast track appointments & all staff members treated us in a polite, professional manner.

Needed a “negative” rapid test to go back to work, since I was sick over the weekend. Woman tried to guilt me into not taking the COVID rapid test because “it’s not as accurate.” She kept insisting that I could actually have COVID and might leave the office with a false positive and start infecting people. Little did she know I was already diagnosed with bronchitis and just needed a negative test to return to work. If you don’t want to give the rapid test, then don’t offer it.
