Efficient, compassionate, safe, professional - Just a few words to describe my experience. This was my first experience with TGH and I could not have been more impressed. The entire staff that worked with me on my visit was exceptional. They should be commended for their work.
The doctoir was excellent I went two days in a roiw . I think I saw different doctors. I called back with a question and got to talk to the Dr which was great ! The Dr also called the next day to follow up to see Hoiw I was doing!
We went in for an exam and test... wait was quick, office clean results were in 15 minutes . Nice staff!

Wonderful experience especially when I was in pain. The great customer service started with Genesis at the front desk. She got me checked in very quickly and had a smile on her face the whole time. The exceptional customer experience continued with Chay, the Medical Assistant. She was very friendly and personable while she took xrays and prepared me to see Kelly, the Physician Assistant. The staff and doctors were very nice and great with kids !! We have a 3 year old and 5 month old and both felt comfortable ! Which is amazing for my two !! Highly recommend
