Excellent service! Adrian was very professional, and courteous. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I received.
The receptionist that checked me in was extremely rude, not just to me, but multiple people that checked in. Most people come to urgent care because they are in pain. The last thing I want to have when I was in extreme pain (broke my foot and couldn't walk) is to be greeted by a rude person when checking in. I couldnt walk at all, friend checked me in, she kept rudely telling my friend that i had check myself in, but i couldnt walk. i broke my foot and needed assistance.
