Staff and doctor were great, facility was clean, new, fresh. Only thing was not great was I waited 2 hours... I know we have Covid pandemic but still though it was too long.

Check in was easy. My mother, 99, was seen by Matthew Higgins, who, possesses the exceptional combination of professionalism, pleasant demeanor, knowledge and sense of humor. He put my mother at ease. He readily diagnosed the problem and explained the medicine he would prescribe and care she would need. My mother’s own MD, through a late telephone call to us by his PA, said that he would not be able treat or diagnose her eye problem and that we should see a specialist. We were on our own. Short Wait Time, nice staff, Clean....However instructions to access patients portal instruction need to be reviewed for better step by step access.

Was sent for preprocedure covid 19 Exam on 9/9 although a bit out of my way from my home it was easy and quick Well organized and results reported timely
