I scheduled my appointment online. I showed up and waited less than 5 minutes. Super professional front desk staff and the PA that I saw diagnosed me and sent a prescription in for me. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! I totally recommend TGH Urgent Care!
When 8:00 provider called out, another provider there by 8:40.

Everyone was very nice and helpful however I thought the wait was too long. Even for an urgent care walk in clinic, an hour and a half before being seen by a doctor, when one is really sick, is truly hard. I thought I would be seen faster since there was hardly no one there, but since people can check in online, which I didn’t know about, it seemed so many were coming after me, yet seen before me. Staff was courteous and after the initial wait time, the process was relatively quick.
Your team did great for me. They took me in on short notice - same day test for a UTI. I left with a positive diagnosis and a prescription in hand. I am on the MyChart system in Atlanta. That made the whole experience appear seamless. You were able to bring up my records easily.
