Went to TGH urgent care since PCP could not provide an appointment for two months!
Sent me ER
It was alright.
Was seen after waiting a few hours, but was given a flu test and diagnosed with bronchitis. Given script for meds. Was happy to be seen on a very busy day after the holiday.
I had made an appointment, and the doctor saw me in a reasonable amount of time. She and her assistant were very cordial and professional.
Your staff was excellent. The doctor was very helpfull. Thank you.
Friendly, clean, professional enviroment
The checkin was efficient and the attention from the medical team was great.
I liked the care I received but there is no way to call in for a question. This lack of communication is very frustrating.
