Good not great, Waited 3 hours to be seen including 40 minutes in the exam room.

Always am very pleased with this clinic. The Doctors/PA's are always great, very patient and kind.
TGH Urgent care on Channelside was great. I was seen very quickly, the medical assistant and Nurse practitioner were professional and efficient . The front office staff was also efficient. The office was very clean. They deserve a five star rating.
End of their day. Nurse needed coffee. Dr Adam's was very good with excellent instructions. Should have been told no insurance covered Covid drugs so wasted a trip as $679 was too much for a retired person on a fixed income. Why doesn't your system have telemedicine

Staff was great. But the wait was long.
I was in for a DOT physical and she was ama ing . She had a great bedside manner, helped calm my nerves and listened to what I had to say . This will be my new urgent care.
