Ease of checking in online, appointment time was good...didn't have to wait long. Michelle, (my provider) was good, pleasant and prescribed what I needed.

TGH Urgent care on Channelside was great. I was seen very quickly, the medical assistant and Nurse practitioner were professional and efficient . The front office staff was also efficient. The office was very clean. They deserve a five star rating.
End of their day. Nurse needed coffee. Dr Adam's was very good with excellent instructions. Should have been told no insurance covered Covid drugs so wasted a trip as $679 was too much for a retired person on a fixed income. Why doesn't your system have telemedicine
Not feeling well, tested positive got prescription filled and now on my way to feeling better.
