Al the staff were really nice and great. However there was one staff member who came in our room and said “you know you don’t have to be here this long.” And I told her we were trying to swab my 5 year old for strep who was terrified of the swab so it took a long time to get anything. She was nice about it and nice earlier than that. After that I just felt rushed like we’ve over stayed so I started to rush my daughter.
Too long a wait when you’re not feeling well. Need more staff. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The facility is clean and well-organized. The receptionist is very personable and helpful. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I give my highest recommendation to visit this Urgent Care.

Excellent care- had a positive Flu test and was given Tamiflu. Feeling significantly better 24 hours later. Staff was awesome!

They addressed my concerns and prescribed medications that have really helped.
All was efficient and I’m thankful. The only improvement would be the unwelcoming desk girl. A smile and anything cordial would be nice. The tech was very congenial as well as the doctor!
