Staff was great. But the wait was long.
I was in for a DOT physical and she was ama ing . She had a great bedside manner, helped calm my nerves and listened to what I had to say . This will be my new urgent care.
Staff all had a great attitude and the wait was short!
The bad news is that I wasn’t told upfront that it would be a two hour wait. The two hour wait turned into a three hour wait. Not good. The good news is that Dr. Hanley was excellent.
Staff and medical personal professional and knowledgable.
Al the staff were really nice and great. However there was one staff member who came in our room and said “you know you don’t have to be here this long.” And I told her we were trying to swab my 5 year old for strep who was terrified of the swab so it took a long time to get anything. She was nice about it and nice earlier than that. After that I just felt rushed like we’ve over stayed so I started to rush my daughter.
Too long a wait when you’re not feeling well. Need more staff. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The facility is clean and well-organized. The receptionist is very personable and helpful. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I give my highest recommendation to visit this Urgent Care.
Great experience! Wait time was minimal, doctor was very friendly and professional.
