Staff kept insisting that I product my "red, white & blue" Medicare card even though I am enrolleed in a Medicare PPO whose card replaces the traditional Medicare card. Otherwise, was seen fairly quickly. Comfortable waiting room.
Excellent experience. Everyone was attentive to my health needs.

I walked in without an appointment and was taken back within minutes. The Dr. listened to my issue and gave me further treatment options. This is my third time using this urgent care clinic and I will continue using it if needed again.

Very competent saff and informative
Diagnosis was quick, waiting room not busy on arrival, however wait to go back and wait to be seen both long, staff was helpful, professional and caring.
When I arrived at the emergency room. The security and the reception desk was nice. The ER nurses were doing a good job. It took me a day and a half to get a room. There was a language barrier between the nurses and myself, so it was hard to communicate with them. I would still go here again if needed. The hospital need to do a staff overhaul.
