I lost 34 lbs on the 12 week weight loss program. By eating a low carb diet and working out a little everyday with at least one serious workout once a week, I was able to slowly lose the weight. It wasn’t very hard and I had no side effects.
Starting week 7 and I have been very pleased with the neuropathy treatment I have feeling in my feet and the numbness in my feet and ankles is diminished Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there are a few organizational issues up front and clearer communication needed I have addressed these issues with Dr Forbes and changes are being implemented He was very open to listen to my input
I came in initially to recover from a car accident, but I’ve seen improvements in so many other areas! I used to live with chronic neck pain as well as aching all around my shoulder blades! Since beginning care at City Health, my aches and pains have reduced month by month- and my quality of life with it. I didn’t realize how much my nagging injuries and tight muscles were affecting my daily life until I became pain free! I would recommend to anyone
I enjoy going here and getting therapy . They are all very nice , informative and fit your needs and schedule to fit. I have achieved more physical strength since going here!!!
