Connection crew and technician were on time and courteous. The speed has been as advertised and connection top shelf. No lag, no packet loss or crowded peak times 24/7 .
Our Technician was on time, courteous, and had our equipment set up, hooked up. and running in a matter of minutes.
Sadly we continue to have buffering on our streaming of HULU programming. It is only an issue with the television streaming. We pay $85/month. This problem occurs more in the evening 6-10 pm. I have called a couple of times and the techs just tell us to shut it down wait 30 seconds. That’s what I had to do with dial up 10 years ago!! I feel we are not improving. We were so excited to be able to get fiber optics and get away from Suddenlink. Perhaps with the upgrade our buffing issue will be eliminated.
