Great, it was a fast and easy installation. I went in the house and figured out how to hook up my printer and computers, after the technician showed us how to connect the internet to my Wife's Ipad.

All people involved were skilled and pleasant they arrived on time OR before and called to make sure early was ok.
Installation external was great. Internal was a 4 out of 5 as the fellow broke the Provalue connection I would liked to have kept as a backup. The first outage was a problem as I was on a zoom call. The 2nd outage at 4 AM was no big deal. For a start up it is a great start. I do have a concern about the line being attached to the electric poles. I assumed (a bad thing to do) it would all be underground. If the poles go down then my connection will likely go down too.
Everything was done exactly as I was told it would be done. Everyone was very nice. I love having unlimited internet and am so glad to get rid of my other provider, which was EXPENSIVE and 16GB a month. Keep up the great work.
