The install was really good but we have had issues with pixilation on out TV ever since. This is why we signed up for this,
This service is wonderful. I couldn't get any type of internet service except the hotspot on my phone before Centranet came along. Thank you for bringing us up to this Era.
So far our service has been good, albeit periodically we loose connection for brief seconds.
No hassle. Works as promised. Reasonably priced. Satisfied.
Getting to installation process and then the actual install went great. Very impressed. But very disappointed in the speed. Every thing still buffering like crazy. "Process taking longer than expected, etc." Have run speed test numerous times. Usually 275/290. My understanding is supposed to be "up to 1000 Mbps."
Our internet has been much more reliable and much more powerful. I continue to do online video Sunday School lessons which are 15 to 30 minutes long. With our old internet, the upload to Facebook took 2-4 hours. Now the upload takes 15-30 minutes.
You were off several times, hours at a time
My service has deteriorated since signing up for service. It is very slow and buffers quite often. It is not any better than my previous provider......
