The service was good
Fiber had broken between fiber panel and house due to high wind. Technicians came out immediately and replaced fiber. Internet was restored in a very timely manner.
The service is great for our location! Employees designated to Centranet are knowledgeable and helpful. Few outages, stay in contact when service is down.

I am very pleased with my internet service. I might need a booster to reach the back part of the house but I’m very please otherwise!!!
Have ben very pleased with th e service
Had a grass fire that burned around the pole. I was worried it might have melted the line. Nope!!! Came in and the internet was good. Then waited for rain, thinking we might have a bare spot, but it is still good!!! Only a couple of times it has been off, but was a wide area. Not just mine. I live out in the country where no good internet companies go, until now. GREATEST EVER!!!
Overall good service but it slows down several times during the day.
