Very professional & yet very considerate & respectful front desk. My exam was thorough & not rushed, with good questions asked to fill in the picture. Would definitely return here if necessary.
Hi went in for a pre op with PA Cameron he is amazing. He explained everything to me and why he had to do certain things. After my visit I needed more paper work for my surgeon and I had no problem getting that information. I will definitely recommend my friend and family to Action Urgent care for any medical/ non medical issues. All the Medical assistance were very nice like. Thank you for all your help.
I tried to come in for a sore throat. I’ve had strep throat quite a few times before and recognized thins is what I had. Upon arrival I was told I had to leave because a sore throat is a symptom of COVID, although I did not have any other symptoms. I was told I could only have a virtual appointment. Upon scheduling my virtual appointment I was asked if I would prefer a phone call, FaceTime or Zoom, I opted for FaceTime. The Nurses and MD at the Blossom Hill site in San Jose, were very polite, kind, personable. The MD gave me good advise and this enabled my infection to resolve.
Didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised.
Your first office did very well. The second with the exray was not as good. I have already told you that.Thank you for your concern
