Terrible service, extremely long wait even with an appointment. No one at the front for us to check in upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the provider (nurse practitioner) was extremely judgemental and condescending. In this pandemic world, virtual psychiatrists cannot prescribe controlled substances online and require a prescription from your general practitioner. Even with written guidance from my psychiatrist on hand, the nurse focused the entire discussion on getting off the much needed medication. S
I had to wait a lot, they need more assistance.
Great service and I feel like I was listened to, which is a great surprise to me. I dread going to doctors because I don’t feel my opinion is ever considered
Doctor said will send prescription to CVS, but never send it and had not got any follow up call as they mentioned.

My PA that saw me was awesome. She was informative and very friendly. Answered all my questions. Was extremely personable. The moment we walked out, my girlfriend and I were saying how much we appreciated her.
