First of all, everybody working there is friendly at Action Urgent Care at the Blossom Hill location. However, the medical assistant performed a wrongful procedure that caused sever pain and possible ear infection to my Mom. The medical assistant performed ear irrigation for my Mom. My Mom felt pain in her ear while the medical assistant was flushing the ear wax out. I told the medical assistant that my mom is in pain but she said that it is because the ear wax is coming out and kept going. The pain got worse that my Mom w... read more
I had severe shortness of breath, a doctor friend told me to get an EKG. I explained my situation to Jenelle and she told the PA and they let me come in. It turns out I have congestive heart failure. My own doctor missed this. Action Urgent Care may have saved my life

Front office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Took their time and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed in my appointment. Doctor was very sweet and listened to my whole story, and let me cry it out. First time at any urgent care and I was happy with my experience.
