The front desk people and person who took my blood were very nice, and the doctor Taneeka settled my nerves and was very nice as well. Being someone who is back and forth between Asia and United States, I haven’t had a primary care doctor in the United State since I was really young due to not really having many health problems, so action urgent care is a great alternative.
Easy sign for a first time visitor from out of the area. Staff were friendly, informative and efficient.

Liked the PA & his assistant. They both were kind/friendly. Brought a charger to me when I mentioned that my charge on my phone was super low and needed to call for a ride home. Found the waiting area extremely sterile. Just black arm chairs: no end tables, no plants, no pictures on walls, white-white walls, dark grey plank flooring. One small end wall is painted a vibrant turquoise; the only relief from the stark atmosphere. A warmer colored accent wall would have been more soothing.
Good experience,listening to concerns and treatment good follow up.
