Everyone was warm and helpful and the doctor did a fabulous job of removing the broken off thorn from my knuckle. Not the first time they have been great...
DON’T GO HERE. Worst medical “care” I’ve ever received. Went in for a knee injury I sustained while hiking. The doctor never cleaned my wound even though I explained to her that I’d fallen and slid in dirt and debris. She stitched it up anyway, and three days later I was in the ER with a septic wound, a blood infection, and a skin infection running down my leg. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. You may be facing loads of additional care and additional medical expenses like me.
I had to wait for 90 minutes just to be seen . Total visit was about 3hrs when I decided to leave. However Dr. Swetha was great . Very attentive and called back .
I had an appointment and checked in early. Numerous walk ins were taken back before I was. I wasn't taken back until 30 minutes after my appointment time, and I wasn't seen by the provider until another 30 minutes after that. I was then informed that the clinic I went to wasn't conducting x-rays on that day (the whole reason I made an appointment in the first place).
