The Urgent Care practice in Westgate Mall in San Jose is amazing!! Excellent caregivers with passion & desire to help. The quickness of their response was also excellent. I am so impressed with their professionalism during a frightening pandemic time & how positive everyone on their staff has been.
The nurse who tested me was friendly and efficient. Most important, she adhered to all the proper protocols. As a bonus, the test was painless. If the nurse who swabbed me for the virus exemplifies the lab’s permanent staff, I will certainly return to their Action Urgent Care if I need treatment in the future. Applause to all the heroes who are working on the public’s behalf.
