Very easy to get in to see the doctor. Doctor and all staff were nice and accommodating.

I just wish you guys were a little more organized and stop double booking patients. I’ve been there twice so far and both times I was so upset. I had APPOINTMENTS and yet I was the last to be seen. I get that you guys are urgent care but what’s the point of making an appointment if you are not seen within a timely manner? There’s one MA who is really on top of things but the other ones are hit or miss. Overall the care was good but just felt a little disrespected and pushed aside.
The appointment was easy to schedule whether you call in or do it online. The specialist at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and asked all pertinent questions and told me up front how the billing process would be done. Explanations were provided as to what I was signing and why. When I was taken inside the healthcare specialist was very thorough in asking me about what the issue was and all pertinent history.
