I was very satisfied with my visit. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I was seen quickly and my problem solved.

We walked in 3 minutes before 7pm (closing) and they saw us. It was pink eye. I can't thank them enough. The doctor said that management would give them heat for taking us and paying overtime. She did right and I hope management understands.
It was my first time going to Action Urgent Care in Campbell. I was graciously welcomed by the front desk and made sure all information needed was documented and ready to get me in. I was feeling intense pain from a hand/finger bacterial infection. No waiting time! I was escorted by a very caring, kind and professional nurse Helay or spelled Heley not sure I was in a lot of pain. She asked all needed info to be seen by the provider.
