A/C was dead. They showed up early Monday morning and had the A/C working in a couple hours.

We recently had a service call from Webster A/C. Kevin was the technician that made the service call. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable and on time. He explained everything to both me and my wife. He can explain in simple terms what he is going to do, if any repairs are necessary, lets us know the costs up front and then completes it quickly, and to our total satisfaction. Kevin is awesome!

Webster AC installed our AC a few years ago. You do not get corporate treatment at Webster! You can expect friendly customer service and a friendly response when calling. We have Kevin as our AC tech. He is professional, friendly and trustworthy. I never hesitate to refer friends and family to Webster AC.
