The nurses were great. The doctor I saw really rushed with me though, which I can understand. I was suspecting I had strep throat along with the flu, but she only looked at my throat for a second. I could tell my throat didn't look or feel right and my glands are super swollen. That was yesterday. I looked at my tonsils again and I DEFINITELY have strep. So now I have to go to an urgent care AGAIN just to get a prescription for amoxicillin. Other than that doctor, everything was great.
This was not my first visit to Tower Health Urgent Care and I was again impressed by the professionalism of the people who greeted me, the person who did the preliminary screening and the Nurse Practitioner who treated me. Keep up the good work!
