My 9yr old son woke at 3am with horrible cough and flu-like symptoms. We first went to Patient First in Collegeville... after waiting an hour & being told it would be another hour or more, we left and drove immediately to your site in Limerick. We were seen within 10min and the staff could not have been more helpful, polite, and professional. Everyone was verynice and helpful i felt like i was in good hands
My experience was very good. Not a long wait time and everyone was very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and my medications were promptly put through to the pharmacy. I was able to pick them up on my way home from the visit.
Everyone from the front desk, check-in, nursing and the PA were very friendly and caring. Wait time was very good and I was very happy with the whole experience. I had received a follow up call to see how I was doing the next day. Medication that was given had me feeling better already the next day.

I drive out of my way to go to this Urgent Care facility. I pass by 3 or 4 urgent care facilities but consistently seek out visiting this location. I will say that they do need to have more office staff at main desk. They seemed to be scrambling a bit trying to get everyone to fill paperwork out and get things processed. Other than that it was a good experience. I’ll continue visiting this location.
