As with all of my past and current experiences with Limerick Premier ER, staff was over the top kind, compassionate, quick and orderly! The very opposite of your typical hospital ER visit! They explained throughly the treatment and I’ve always left with a great experience of the place! Having 2 rambunctious boys unfortunately this probably won’t be our last visit to an ER but it’s great having such a useful place so close by when we one of us is feeling under the weather!
Caring and knowledable staff treated me quickly and had me on my way.
Staff was friendly and efficient. They truly cared about me as a person and explained things in a way I understood.
Not a long wait, helpful, efficient, and every employee I encountered had a great demeanor along with professional. I’ve been raving about my experience all day.
Personal, professional, and on point! Even the call back the next day was unexpected, but nicely done. When I called back, guess what? I spoke directly to the PA, no machines.

Everyone was very knowledgeable , professional and helpful. Only "bad" experience was in X-ray when asked to lift injured leg up and that really hurt. Not technician fault
