No medical doctors on either TGH UC only NP. One NP from Wesley Chapel didn't know what CA1909 blood test was! The wait is extremely unreasonable. NP works very slow. Minimum wait to see the NP is 2 hours wait. 👎

Have a burn. Three trips and not doing what burn specialist recommended, also if it gets better fine/if it gets worse go to emergency room not good practice. Why continue? My Dr in Ohio disagrees with treatment, going back to Ohio.

This location is understaffed, and disorganized. I was shocked because I've had excellent service in the past at the Wesley Chapel location. Additionally, there are errors in my summary. One paragraph says I don't have the condition, the second paragraph says I do! So which is it?? I was told I would receive a phone call within 4-5 days with lab results that had to be sent off for further analysis. I never received a call. I was in and out unless then 20 minutes the nurse never listen to the full system just wrote perscription for sinus nothing for cough

The wait time was excessive. I was told patients who came after me were seen first because I was a MVA and would take a long time. I told them I would probably need X-rays and the front desk failed to tell me the machine was down so I waited for nothing because I still had to be referred elsewhere. I was there for almost 3 hours and was only attended to for a total Of 10 minutes. I’ll never return to this urgent care again
