Staff was friendly enough. Disappointed I wasn't able to get x-rays on my chest since I was mostly there for breathing challenges and the staff member said they have the equipment but not the personnel on site and said I need to go to a different urgent care or ER.
Super everyone was very professional the way it was not long and they got me in and out with everything I needed.

Great facility and service!. The facility is clean and efficient with very short wait time. Dr. Collins was wonderful!!
Not too pleased with my visit. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, the nurse who checked me in was great. I thought I had a UTI. I gave a sample went back to the room and waited, and weighted and weighted. I was the only patient. I stepped outside the door to check on my status. There was a women glued to a computer, I think it was business related, not playing games or anything. I walked up to find out what was going on. She said she would be with me in a minute. I was in out. I did not spend too much time in the office
The wait time was short, and the doctor listened to my medical need about my elbow injury. She made me feel comfortable by doing safe stretches of my arm to assess the situation better, and I left the office feeling a lot better about my minor injury.
Fantastic. The staff was so friendly and caring. What a fantastic group of caring people. I will highly recommend TGH urgent care.
