The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The facility was very clean and the wait was not too long. Overall I feel that the experience was positive and I would certainly go again if necessary.

Fast service, First time I have used check in kiosk. PA was patient friendly and exam was appropriate,
5/17/25 checked in online at 10:05 for an 11am appointment. Got to the Urgent care on 54 /Sunlake Lutz. Walked in and checked in at 10:55. One other person in the entire waiting room. 11:52am. Still sitting in waiting room with the one other person. Goodbye. Walked out . Went right actoss the street to Bay care urgent care next to Starbucks. Saw the Dr. 10 min after checking in. 🤷🏼♂️
Did im on my way checkin 2 people ahead waited 2 hrs to be seen and they had to redo two if my tests si a total og 3.5 hrs here. Go to walgreens this is not worth it
