Great experience and excellent advice as to what I needed to do. Although this facility didn’t have the equipment needed to diagnose me, they pointed me in the right direction to seek the treatment that was needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this TGH facility again if needed.

Had an ear blockage issue which literally made me deaf in my left ear. RN on staff was fantastic and went out of his way to clear my ear and restore my hearing. He also cleared my right ear to prevent further infection or blockage.

Every staff member we encountered made our experience pleasant and efficient - receptionist, triage nurse, and nurse practitioner. My concern was diagnosed and treated in less than 90 minutes on a Saturday despite 6 patients ahead of me.

The receptionist was excellent as was the gentleman who triaged me. The doctor was professional asked all the right questions she was very thorough . What I liked was being able to pay the $25 for my prescription and not stopping at Wallgreens waiting for my prescription to be ready ,.
