The front desk was very helpful. I was in quickly. The reason for a three the person that checked me I felt she did not want to do so. She put the stethoscope over my dress and did not even touch my skin. I don't know how she could hear my lungs. I'm still not understanding that. Was given a pill for cough and I'm still the same. Place was clean and staff was nice. But the practitioner needs to check us not be afraid.
The fact that the first person you meet is the registration person is just so inappropriately. You need someone with medical background to access the situation and prioritize. The nurse seemed to be in a hurry all the time and every time she came in for a procedure had to leave several times during each procedure to get the supplies needed. The dr was amazing, very concerned and involved with my son as well as myself.
Excellent service and caring staff
The provider was great! She took her time with me and listened to me throughly. Listened to my lungs and heart as I asked.
