From your staff greeting me on entering, Then to the person doing the pre check , they were professional. I have Covid and The doctor went above and beyond with me. I have many allergies, including drug allergies, and he did a great job. This is the first time I have been here since TGH took over, and I had to call some of my friends and recommend this Urgent Care. Thank you.

Very long wait time and front desk didn’t give updates on expected wait time. They were pleasant during their required interaction but would just say she didn’t know why the nurse was taking so long to get to patients. Better to manage up on your team and even if it’s just to thank them for their patients and wait time is longer than usual would’ve been welcome information. Otherwise it worked out great.

The physician who saw us was really caring and great. The nurse or medical assistant who brought us back to the room, was less than impressive. He kept trying to down play my son’s symptoms and kept referring to my son as big. He was not very professional or caring.

Short wait time. Through exam. Excellent communication and diagnosis was explained in detail. PA Christopher Azar was easy to talk with. Satisfied with recommended treatment for bronchitis, and it has cleared up.
