It's all about money here, no service, no transparency, lying and much more. $250 credit card forcefully on file even if you have a proper valid insurance card like HUMANA. I asked for doctors name - I was looked at like a ghost. I was told doctor will see you - well! there was no doctor, a ARPN Brittny. No exam done Quick urinalysis. No. Follow up after culture done. Meds did not work and no one bothered to check. Still in pain a week later I will NEVER return to this urgent care and have already advised others not to use it either. Incompetent staff. Next time I'll go to Baycare.

-can’t even give a ball park estimate of how much your visit will be since they bill you a month later while they keep your credit card on a monthly auto pay service that you have to agree to or you can not see a doctor . A doctor that is incredibly rude . They do not care what your concerns are. This is my third negative experience with a doctor or nurse from TGH . Medical care was great. I take issue with payment. Instead of requiring my co-pay upfront I was told I would be billed later and I was forced to sign up for automatic payments that TGH can withdraw anytime for the next 12 months. I will not be back to any TGH urgent care clinic due to this. I will also have to watch my accounts for the next year to see what TGH decides to charge me. I had a terrible experience, it was my very first time going there, I was verbally “diagnosed” with a medical condition and treated for. Two days later, I’m in terrible pain, my condition got worse. I ended up going to a hospital where they did scans and bloodwork, they treated my condition and I went home the same day. It was nothing close to what the nurse diagnosed me with at this facility.

Terrible attitude from the NP. There were a number of things. When they did my vitals, I was 158/90 which is dangerous. I should have gone to the ER after that or better yet, they could have sent me to the ER. There was no concern over my blood pressure at all. When the NP came in with my urine results, she said nothing about my blood pressure.
