The check in process at Dale Mabry clinic was the most cumbersome, lengthy, complicated, unnecessarily long, painful process. Check in online, then check in on the tablet, and still filled out and signed approx 10 pieces of paper. It literally took 45 minutes for this process before I could actually a medical professional AND I was the only one in the clinic! There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the clinic ahead of me. And, I had to go to another clinic for x rays, because this clinic did not have an x ray tech on duty. From a... read more
