Timely and thoroughly analyzed the condition and came up with a plan and prescription that addressed the immediate need. I was brought back to an exam room quickly and even though I was referred to the nearest ER shortly after arriving at the urgent care for a concussion, I received excellent care by the nurse practitioner who saw me at TGH Urgent Care. I wish I still had my ER referral paper she provided me with her name on it, but unfortunately I do not. Regardless, she provided gentle, individualized, and great care. I am very grateful.
My appointment was on time and the checking in procedure was quick and easy
