The doctor really listened to me and provided the prescription I needed. I am finally feeling better.
I went on for chest pains that I had believed to be persistent heartburn and they gave me an EKG and then made me go directly to the ER, which was good because I was already in the emergency room receiving a second EKG when I had the heart attack. If they had not been so insistent that I needed to go to the hospital I would have continued to try to power through my "really bad heartburn" and likely would have died.

Had scheduled a 3:15 PM arrival time. Arrived at 3 and didn't get called until 4:05. Dr. called in a prescription at 4:30 to a pharmacy that closed at 5 and was closed the following day (Sunday) and didn't inform me. Attempted to call the TGH phone number and they were closed for the weekend. No direct phone number for that location, so I had to drive back to let them know to change the pharmacy so I could pick up the prescription that evening.
No long wait, professional staff, thorough exam, answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Will use again!!
