Went in for Covid like symptoms. Was greeted professionally By Tara who processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently. Then greeted by Cassandra who was super sweet, professional and took all my vitals in a timely manner. Then handed off to the PA Brandon Hensley who thoroughly evaluated my symptoms and provided me with several options for my recovery. My visit at TGH Urgent Care was top notch. I arrived and was greeted by Lena and Curtianna who were very professional and helpful with the registration process. Then I was called back and roomed by Kelsey who showed true compassion and caring. Lauren the PA took her time assessing me treating me and making sure I fully understood all her orders. I have never had such great un rushed caring and compassionate treatment at an urgent care. I will definitely ( and already have) recommend TGH Urgent Care.
