Front desk was great. Not happy with Dr she checked my heart and lungs ears and throat. She told me I had a virus. Had to run its course. I left and called next day saying how bad I was feeling. The NP called me in prednisone and cough meds. I feel the Dr should have done that on Saturday. Followed up with my primary care Dr.
The Doctor was excellent and she prescribed the correct medicine to take care of redness on both legs from bites of fleas.After one week already felling better almost all healed.
My 2 year old came in with an ear infection. He was pretty sick and the staff was so nice, accommodating, and prompt. A lot of places only care about the paperwork and not the client. I was pleasantly surprised and would come here again.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Kimberly Frack made sure not to give me COVID meds that may conflict with my existing meds and cause side effects potentially long term side effects. She gave me instructions on how to use my nasal spray correctly, when to use it, and that if I didn’t use it regularly it won’t help me. I wish Baycare would have told me that years ago. She told me to clean my CPAP each day and trash the hoses and nasal pillow after 3 days and go buy new. All if this probably helped me get almost sympto... read more
