Care was quick, efficient, and pleasant.
Being out of town on vacation is not the time you want to go to Urgent Care but when we found this one we knew we had not only a good location close to where we were but a staff that was amazing. They were very personable and understanding while doing intake and testing. They explained thoroughly the situation. It was a little scary since I needed to go to the ER after the visit but they helped us work through this process since we did not know the area. THANK YOU TGH Urgent Care for your help!
Great experience, less than 10 minute wait time, portal easy to navigate, appointment made the same day, APRN was knowledgeable, and explained my options and medicines he prescribed/recommended. I will definitely use this service again.
