Very easy check in process. Receptionist was nice. Short wait time and evaluation. Very pleased.
My experience with TGH Urgent Care was positive in all respects. All the staff and especially the PA and Doctor, were pleasant, quick, and certainly knew what they were doing. Frankly I've always been a little suspecious of 'walk in' clinics of which we so many in Florida. Realizing the 'TGH' in their name represented Tampa General Hospital certainly created the confidence in them that I needed.
Excellent care given all stages. Even thou we. Arrived very close to closing.
Taken in rapidly, with on line appointment. Treated well. Did not see MD, but treated well.
Clean facility, courteous personnel. Tara and José were fast and efficient. Should I find myself in need of your services again, I'll be back!
