I was easily able to schedule an appointment, but when I was early, they were able to take me. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Jose, the PA, really took his time with me explaining the test results and possible treatment - and was very professional and knowledgeable. When I called back the next day (as directed), again Jose clearly remembered the details of our previous conversation and reinforced treatment directions. My first time at TGH but now my #1 choice for future urgent care.

It was a great place to go. the only place I could walk in to be tested for covid without making an appointment. my computer doesn't work most of the time. no one else would see me. thank you very much
