I had an appointment and was taken back on time. Everyone was very professional and nice. They made me feel comfortable and told me everything that they were doing and asked if I had any questions. The doctor was very knowledgeable.

Amazingly efficient, courteous, professional, and informative. This location broke the code for DR visits.
The front desk lady was great. So was Mary and PA Lindsey. I was taken good care of and I’m feeling much better. Lindsey was very knowledgeable, attentive and answered all of my questions. It was a good experience. The biggest problem is your phone service. No one answers. I was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up. Other calls also went unanswered. Professional staff, friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk verified my out of state coverage in a timely manner and the Physical Assistant Kimberley discussed my symptoms and advised course of treatment. She listened and cared- very comforting for me since I was visiting Tarpon Springs from Ohio. Dr. José helped my mother a few days prior. A very big thank you from two out-of-state tourists. What a great staff overall.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone took great care of me. It was perfect!
This was my third visit to TGH urgent care. Previously to this was when I took friends in need of medical attention. Neither of the three of us on the different occasions had any previous visits with TGH. I found the place very organized, clean, and the office staff was very courteous, and the medical staff attending in the back were very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that Dr. Rodriquez explained things to me before I left, to make sure I was clear on what I had to do.
Great service. Diagnosed the problem and provided great treatment plan, 24 hours later I feel great!! Thank you!!
