Jose was wonderful and very thorough!! He tested me for strep! Test results came back quick they were positive so he called in prescription right away!! Gentleman who took my vitals was also very friendly and professional! Great experience!
Knee injury. Staff impressed me. Key new I was in pain and helped with the paperwork. I was really happy with Dr Gerlick. Very interactive and I believe she got it right. She did exray because Mary told me the orthopod will require one before the will do an MRI. IT LOOKS LIKE A MINISCUS TEAR and the got me into a ortho center for appointment in a week I’m 74 and have been to a lot of these places but this was the best example to me of how they should operate. Very courteous. Everyone treated me very nice and gave me all the answers I wanted and I felt better about what wrong with me.
I want to say thank you to the staff for such excellent care! They were all very caring and helpful. The whole visit lasted less than 45 minutes.
Overall, very good. The wait time was long, perhaps due to a staff of three personnel, and a fair number of patients waiting to be seen. Check-in was process was relatively easy. Although, suggest that forms to be completed are available via text message versus only in email. Admitting nurse aide was thorough, personable and professional. The PA was knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
Check-in was quick, fast and seamless. No wait and staff was so nice, professional, very friendly and courteous.
Very helpful at checkin and and didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. Dr Rodrigues was very personable and thorough. They had my prescription called right in to my pharmacy. All in all a very pleasant experience
Very professional and friendly staff. Quick to help with email check in which was rather difficult for people who are not good with email. Very clean atmosphere
