Very professional, polite, and efficient.
Great staff. They were great with my granddaughter. Only thing I had to complain about was trying to call before I came in, I waited 45 minutes with no answer so I hung up. If you have a number to call you should have someone to answer the calls

I was quickly taken back. The staff was friendly and listened. They did not seem to be in a hurry, although I was not in the office long.
