Went well, fairly quick, team was personable and understanding.
I tried calling the number and decided to see how long I’d be one hold for. I was pretty sure I had Covid so I wanted to see if testing was available. I was waiting for over 45 minutes so I hung up and I physically went in and was seen after about 1.5 hrs with only one person ahead of me. I’m an RN at TGH and was pretty upset I couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. The staff was nice though.
