Everyone was kind and listened. The wait took a while but the service was great.
Visit was quick and uneventful. The only complaint I have is that the music playing over the loudspeaker is waaaaaay too loud. it was hard to understand the people talking behind their mask while music is blaring.
Valrico location: Fast service, no wait, even allowed me to be seen at a different location than the one I set my original appointment for. Grateful to have my son checked out and have a peace of mind after being worried about his health. The PA on duty was very kind and informative and the front desk associate as well as the gentlemen check out was friendly and helpful.
Timely & caring.
Went in for laryngitis, congestion, cough & water pouring from nasal passages. Got Rx for nasal spray. Congestion was at the throat level with left ear "stopped" up. Nothing Rx'd for cough, congestion, ears. Ears & throat were looked at but not the nasal passages. Blood (pink) drained/flowed w/the water that ran from the nostrils beginning the next day even though I wasn't blowing or had issues w/breathing. It's now over 2 wks. & still have all BUT not as bad. Staff was very pleasant. Would try facility again.
Friendly staff, visit moved along in an expedited manner
I went in an hour before closing last night. The level of care I received was extraordinary. Everyone working there was personable, attentive, and empathetic. Fishhawk is very fortunate to have an urgent care of such high caliber in their community.
The staff was very friendly & delightful. It was my first ever COVID test….& they made it a breeze.
All of the staff made me feel very assured and welcome
