Everybody was very
The staff was awesome and took great care of my issues. I was shocked to learn TGH Urgent Care has a mask mandate with no accommodation for patients who can’t wear masks. After 3 years of COVID insanity the data is clear that masks mandates were ineffective for asymptomatic patients. I feel obligated to take a stand agains these discriminatory and bullying tactics still being forced upon patients after three years of data shows it is an ineffective strategy.
Kelly was great ! She listened to what I had to say and was very nice and professional .
Caring staff, easy check in and out process, attentive staff, modern clean nice inside. Quickly got taken care of as a walk in patient.
No waiting, very efficient and friendly
The wait was not too bad considering it’s an urgent care and the staff was polite. I particularly liked the NP that took care of me. Didn’t seemed rushed even though they were busy. The check out person was also very friendly. I would certainly go back if I need urgent care again.
The APRN and all the medical and office were all caring, efficient, patient and kind.
